We offer full-service interior design and home staging where we manage every detail, from concept to completion, including on-site visits, sourcing materials, and installation. But we also offer virtual interior design packages that are flexible and cost-effective where we provide expert guidance and design plans remotely, allowing you to implement the ideas at your own pace.

Price: $150 (45–60 minutes)
 

Service Description:
Meet with a DMC Homes designer via Zoom to discuss your space, style goals, and budget. You will then receive a call summery with all the suggestions. Perfect for clients looking for expert guidance on color schemes, layout ideas, furniture sourcing, or style cohesion — all from the comfort of home.

2. Virtual Vision + In-Home Setup

Price: $500
 

Service Description:
Everything from the Virtual Vision Session — plus we send you a personalized digital mood board, shopping list and schedule a 2-hour in-home styling session to bring the look to life. Ideal for local clients who want the virtual convenience with the final polish.

3. Design Direction at Home

(In-Home Design Consultation)
Price: $300 (up to 90 minutes)
 

Service Description:
We walk your home together and provide expert guidance on layout, lighting, color choices, furnishings, and more. You’ll receive real-time advice, plus a follow-up summary to guide your project confidently.

4. Accessorize & Elevate

(In-Home Accessorizing)
Price: Starting at $500
 

Service Description:
Already have the big pieces? We create a shopping list with new accessories for you to purchase. Once delivered we schedule a day to layer in pillows, artwork, greenery, and statement accents to complete the look. Transform any room in a single visit.

5. Stage & Style Refresh

(5-Hour In-Home Staging Using Client’s Items)
Price: $500


Service Description:
Our best-selling service! We reimagine your space using your existing furnishings and décor. In just five hours, we edit, rearrange, and elevate your home to maximize buyer appeal and photo impact. You also have the option of adding accessories from our personal staging collection, for an additional monthly fee.

6. Signature Staging Experience

(Full-Service Home Staging with Rental Furnishings & Accessories)
Price: Starting at $2,500 (varies by home size/scope)
 

Service Description:
Let us handle everything. From delivery to installation, our team styles your home with high-end furnishings, art, and accessories for a complete market-ready transformation. Ideal for vacant homes or new builds.
Includes: 60-day rental, install & pickup. Additional months available.
