Our store is different because it's a portal for to-the-trade pieces, shipped directly to you from the manufacturer! Normally to-the-trade pieces are purchased exclusively by trade professionals (i.e. interior designers) at wholesale, and then resold to their clients at a markup. We are thrilled to offer trade furniture and décor on our website to anyone, not just our clients!

1. Service Use
All services are provided by DMC Homes and are subject to availability and scheduling. DMC Homes reserves the right to decline service requests.
2. Payments & Fees
All service fees must be paid as agreed. Interior design and home staging services are non-refundable once booked.
3. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur fees.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, photos, and designs on this website are the property of DMC Homes and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
DMC Homes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
6. Modifications
We may update these policies at any time. Continued use of our website signifies your acceptance of any changes.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
In order to provide a smooth and simple buying process we've partnered up with SideDoor! SideDoor is our partner that secures and fulfills your orders. They handle our logistics, customer service and even offers a flex pay option at checkout. Their team is amazing! Not only do we partner with them for our shop, but we also exclusively use SideDoor to fulfill trade orders for client projects. SideDoor Customer service can be contacted for any questions or concerns about delivery and/or damages.
We are not able to take returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, all sales are final unless product(s) is damaged in transit. Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If a product is damaged, take photographs of the packaging and product and contact SideDoor Customer service and copy sales@dmc.homes. The SideDoor team will arrange for a repair or for the manufacturer to send a new piece(s).
You will receive e-mail communication from SideDoor regarding the progress of your order and when pieces ship. Most furniture is shipped via a local freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you when your furniture is ready for delivery to schedule a delivery date. Please Note All product prices include threshold delivery/ to your door. Please select white glove delivery at checkout if you want items to be placed in a room in your home. White Glove' delivery includes packaging removal, light assembly, and placement. We recommend White Glove service for any large furniture items.
Please email us at sales@dmc.homes and we will get the size or finish you need added if you don't see other sizes or finishes available. Orders can be placed for backordered items, so if you see something you love from one of our projects that is not in the shop, send us an email and we can get it added with a lead time.
Please note, prices are never above any applicable internet minimum advertised price (set by the manufacturer). However, if you find a lower price from another online retailer, send us an email at sales@dmc.homes, and we will happily price match! Keep in mind DMC Homes prices include threshold shipping, while other retailers add shipping and handling at checkout. When you shop DMC Homes for your quality furniture and décor needs, you are supporting our small business and the interior design industry, rather than a big-box retailer.
At DMC Homes, all interior design and home staging services are non-refundable once booked. Due to the time, planning, and resources involved in preparing your project, we are unable to offer refunds for services rendered or scheduled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
