Service Description
You will receive a 1 hour in person consultation (within a 60 minute drive of West Palm Beach, FL) otherwise you will receive 2 virtual design consultation. During that time we will discuss your design project goals, make sure we have all the accurate measurements of the space (your designer will measure for you if in person), review your client questionnaire and confirm your design style. You will receive the following: 1. A floor plan with furniture layout 2. Mood board to help you visualize what the space will look like once it's complete. 3. A list of easy to purchase furniture/ accessories from our store. 4. Full details on how to set everything up once you've made your purchases. 5. Up to four revisions. Priced per room!
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important and it is reserved especially for you. We realize that there can be some unexpected things that can come up in our lives. While truly sympathetic, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being booked. In fairness to all clients as well as to our designer, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation. There is a minimum 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy in order to receive a full refund. If an appointment is canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, the purchase is none refundable.
